01 — The firm

A consultancy built around one question: how is the building actually performing?

ThermoNext provides performance monitoring, HVAC and BAS optimization, energy and water analysis, leak-detection support and board reporting for condominium buildings across Toronto, Mississauga and the GTA. We are not a contractor and we do not sell equipment.

Our mandateIn one line

Protect the building. Improve performance. Make decisions with evidence.

02 — Our story

Founded to close a visibility gap in residential buildings.

ThermoNext was founded to bring commercial-grade building intelligence and asset protection to multi-unit residential buildings.

Today we partner with condominium boards and property managers across the Greater Toronto Area, delivering measurable results and transparent reporting.

03 — Mission & vision

What we are here to do, and the firm we intend to be.

Our mission

To protect buildings and optimize performance through data-driven insight, modern technology and independent expertise.

Our vision

To be the most trusted building-performance and asset-protection partner in Canada.

04 — Why ThermoNext exists

Every building has capable people. Almost none has a connecting layer.

Each party sees a part of the building, and no one is responsible for reading the whole.

  1. Contractors maintain equipment

Contractors service the systems they are contracted for.

  2. The BAS collects data

In most buildings BAS data is used to react to alarms, not reviewed for patterns.

  3. Property managers coordinate operations

Few managers have the time or trend data to verify how the mechanical systems are performing.

  4. Boards make the decisions

Without independent evidence, the board is asked to trust rather than verify.

How this becomes a working service

05 — What sets us apart

Five commitments that shape every engagement.

Independent, unbiased advice

Our fees are for analysis and advice, not equipment or installation.

Data-driven monitoring and analytics

Findings are built from the building’s own trend logs, meter readings and utility records.

Asset protection and risk reduction

Early fault signatures and water risks are treated as seriously as energy waste.

Specialized in condominium buildings

We work almost entirely in multi-residential buildings.

Responsive support and expert guidance

Questions are answered by the people doing the analysis.

  • Performance

    We deliver measurable results.

  • Accountability

09 — Independence

No equipment to sell. No system to push.

Our fees are for analysis, monitoring and advice, and for nothing else.

What independence means in practice

  • No equipment sales, markups or supplier commissions
  • No ties to equipment manufacturers or controls vendors
  • No dependency on selling BAS replacements
  • Existing systems reviewed first, before replacement is discussed
  • Contractor proposals evaluated on evidence, not relationships
  • Recommendations documented so they can be challenged

When replacement genuinely is the right answer, we say so. See how our technology approach supports this
